If Your Order Has A Fault

 

You're protected by our 3 Year Warranty. Log in to your customer account, click 'Product Returns' and select the item with the fault. We will send you a free replacement and pay the cost of the return,

We also provide details to return faulty items free of charge, so whatever happens you'll love your order or get all your money back.

If You Change Your Mind

 

As long as the item is unopened you can get a refund up to 14 days from ordering. You'll need to pay postage if your items aren't faulty, this helps us keep costs and website prices down.

Refunds For Cancelled Orders


  • Full refund up to 14 days from receiving your order
  • 20% restocking fee when 15-30 days since receiving your order

What We Can't Refund For Cancelled Orders

 

  • Open items, even if it's just the outer part of a blister pack

  • Orders received over 30 days ago

  • Optional delivery upgrades that were fulfilled (e.g. next day courier)
